Free conversation circles are a great way to learn English in an informal, relaxed setting. This program is for adults who wish to improve their conversational skills; it is not an ESL class and does not cover grammar or have tests, quizzes, or homework.

In-person meetings are held:

• Mondays from 10:30 a.m.–11:30 a.m. at the library (Note: There is currently a waiting list for the Monday group.)
• Wednesdays from 10:30 a.m.–11:30 a.m. at the library (Note: There is currently a waiting list for the Wednesday group.)
• Fridays from 10:00 a.m.–11:00 a.m. at St. Anne's Church in Shrewsbury

Online meetings are held on Zoom:

• Saturdays from 10:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m.

If you would like to attend some of these groups, please email SPLreference@cwmars.org and specify which groups you wish to attend and/or the groups for which you’d like to join the waiting list.
