Step into our yoga sanctuary for a slow-paced flow and guided meditation. Created to inspire confidence, self-love and body positivity, this class is beginner-friendly and welcoming to all levels. Through gentle movements and mindful breath, ease your mind, nurture your body, and uplift your soul. Get ready to feel refreshed and ready to face the world with a deeper sense of calm and connection to yourself.

All levels are welcomed. Open to ages 7 and up. Plan to arrive 5-10 before practice to ensure availability. Please provide your own yoga mat. You are welcome to bring any props, such as blocks, bolsters, or blankets.

Meet your yoga instructor, Georgia Johnson. She has been practicing yoga since 2003 and has trained with Revolution Community Yoga and Asheville Yoga Center. Embracing a slow-paced style, Georgia believes in the healing power of yoga for everyone. Her welcoming classes will guide you in nourishing your body through mindfulness and gentle postures, at your own pace. In Georgia's classes you will reset, rejuvenate and step calmly back into the flow of life. She lives in Worcester with her daughter and two pets. They love to travel, cook, volunteer, explore and meet new people.
