The Turin Crucifix and the Library's 3D Printing Service

The very first model of the Turin Crucifix was made using the Library’s 3D Printing services.  Learn how artists from five different Countries collabrorated to produce the computer file which was sent to Shrewsbury’s Library.  The first model and the final production version will be shown along with a description of their details.  Each attendee will receive a free copy of the hard cover book, Turin Crucifix by Shrewsbury resident Mark Fisher.

Mark Fisher has been a Shrewsbury resident for over 30 years.  He is a retired professional engineer licensed in the State of MA and a graduate of WPI. He is currently enrolled in Postgraduate Studies on the Shroud of Turin at the Science and Faith Institute of the Pontifical Athenaeum Regina Apostolorum.  His interest in the Shroud led to incorporating its details into the Turin Crucifix.
